Less intense Era with no Legendary/GL? Yes, please.

The pace of marquee releases over the last six months has been relentless. A new character every 2 weeks + building raid teams has left no breathing room for side projects for fun. It's just been a solid half year of throwing gear, zetas, and mods at proscribed new characters. It also came with the utterly baffling and obviously wrong release order of Conquest Pirates. Why in the name of the Force was SM-33 released first when Maz's Pirate team was released at the front of the Era? Unbelievably silly scheduling. Y'all at CG need to seriously consider how you blue-balled the playerbase with an incomplete Pirate team for 3 months.

Perhaps staggering big Eras with smaller ones might be the way to. And also, please quit putting 2 zetas on so many marquees. It's already dumb as bricks that every single new character must have an obligatory omicron.

All of my yes to a shorter, less intense Era.

The problem isn't really the Marquee releases. The real big problem that CG spent 9 out of the 12 monts of this year with pushing raid requirements down our throat and with that completely destoying any other farm plans players might have had, because if you don't farm the raid req you miss out on a lot gear and relic mats and you'll get left behind in progress.

We cannot have another year like this again when we are choked out of out farming freedom. CG needs to stop acting like the stuff they released 2-3 years ago doesn't matter.

I am making what I think is a reasonable assumption that Maz's team with their specifically designed leader (Maz) would make for a raid squad that performed just as well if not better than Ithano lead with SM-33 and we would have had one of the two Pirate teams available weeks ago already. Finally, a conquest character is far more accessible than the latest GL with steep requirements. The measuring stick of what is endgame vs midgame keeps being adjusted as the game and accounts grow. You decide if I'm endgame or not.

  • SM-33 was handy though, reliced it can make a pretty rubbish team get some decent points in the Raid thanks to its ability to wipe out Clones in one hit no matter what ability you use of his.

Did you even try using him? Seems not.

Also really if you are feeling the pressure of all these releases then you probably aren't an end-game player for whom brand new characters are aimed at. For those of us who are then whales will get them straight away, or players like myself will be 2-3 months behind which is fine.

So basically if you can't keep up then don't stress as its not for you yet, as your account grows and hits a certain point you'll find that the only stuff you are farming is new characters.
