This shouldn't matter. His Job is to investigate reports about possible cheaters so he should at least show presence if he can't answer those who contact him. That way someone who wants to report a cheater will not be discouraged because they see he wasn't online.
As it is now people feel like it makes no difference if they report someone, not just because he doesn't reply but because they can see that the cheaters are still active.
As to Ultra's question in addition to what has already been proposed, I think more transparancy and communication is needed.
Also: Why does CG not want the players to know what kind of actions they take against cheaters? I am not talking about information regarding a specific cheater that has been reported but in general. Wouldn't it be better if people knew what happens when you get caught and actually see that it is being done? That maybe might discourage some from cheating if they actually see that there are repercussions, given that the punishment is actually severe enough. A 3 day ban definitely does not seem enough of a punishment.
