Let’s take away the barriers to reporting cheaters

Someone said I was being bold on an assumption. I can tell you that there are people that solo the pit with one R5 character and burn through teams in TWs. Those guilds know they have a cheater. But I agree that awareness is not absolute. However, every member in those guilds - whether they know it or not - benefits. So the guild incentive is at odds with the idea of curbing the enthusiasm for cheating.
