Let’s take away the barriers to reporting cheaters

I don't see a weekly or monthly "# of cheaters investigated / punished" report ever being implemented.

If the numbers are high, it's a bad look for them, and the main takeaway for many people will be "wow cheating is rampant, there's so many of them".

If the numbers are low, it's a bad look for them, and the main takeaway for many people will be "they're not doing enough to address cheating".

It's a lose-lose situation for them from a PR standpoint.
