This guy beat my 11 year old in aurodium 1. It’s silly that my son has to wait a week to confirm the cheating on an unlinked website, then write a detailed report with screenshots, etc, to Lucifer. Why have these barriers to reporting? It’s no wonder this cheater has been sliding by week after week. Plenty of adults aren’t going to do that much work and very few kids will ever do it. We all know there is rampant cheating in this game now that GAC has incentivized it with a crystals payout structure. Other games protect such game modes by making the uncovering and reporting of cheaters much easier. Is that too much to ask for?

You needn't have bothered, he is not likely to respond or do anything anyway. There are a variety of threads on this, guy in our ship shard got reported by numerous people several times and nada.

I've reopened the topic, because it seems OP is trying to discuss about the system of reporting and whether that can be changed (valid feedback for CG) rather than trying to get this player banned

I do wish that if a particular person is reported on the higher side priority it’s given. If @CG_LucifersDaddyMINI is the only person that goes through these reports, it’s probably help him by seeing the cheaters most reported on.

Let’s take away the barriers to reporting cheaters

Right. Not reporting cheating. That’s been done. This is more a gripe about how to make it easier and real time for kids. In-game battle logs after each round would be a start. It’s just best practices and industry standard at this point in other games. Not asking for any more than the standard.

Shrugs.... be it COD, swgoh, card games, MLB...people cheat. And sometimes they get away with it. Good life lesson to teach your kid. That's far more productive than beating the dead horse that is CGs handling of cheaters.

I think CG has made it very clear that their answer to this question is a resounding "yes".

Snark aside, would it be possible to have better automated cheat detection? Yes, easily.
Would that make CG money? I can almost assure you that EA has reviewed the matter, and the answer is no.
