Same Price, Same Bundle, Different Rewards Just Hours Apart — This Is Not Fair

The same thing happened to me. I made a ticket with EA Help. I was told no refunds or changes. That is some BS they need to make right. 

Not sure if II appeared after buying I or I too was just unlucky to have jumped the gun and bought the first bundle when they were supposed to release the second bundle. I hope it can be remedied 

Same here and it's not a one off. There's another post with people in the same boat. I won't let this one drop, will bump both posts until EA/CG rectify this.

OP, notice the name of the R8 bundle: it has a number II in it (I don't know why the random Roman numeral, but whatever). 

On my main account, where I have the characters at R7 or higher, I only see Bundle 2  for R8 (because I don't have all of the included characters at R8). I didn't buy the first one, I've had BKM on this account for a long time. 

On the alt, which doesn't have BKM, I only see Bundle 1, the one with R7 characters. 

Therefore:

-> account doesn't have all bundle characters at R7: offer Bundle 1

-> account has all characters at R7, but not R8: offer Bundle 2

-> account has all bundle characters at R8: presumably doesn't show Bundle 2; maybe there's a Bundle 3 that sells the characters at R9 (tbh I would be surprised if Bundle 3 doesn't exist)

You didn't have the characters at R7, store showed you Bundle 1. You bought Bundle 1 and now check the condition for Bundle 2, so the store shows you Bundle 2. 

It's not that Bundle 2 showed up just a few hours later. Bundle 2 was released at the same time as Bundle 1, but your account didn't unlock it in the store until you bought Bundle 1.  

You didn't get scammed. It's just CG being extremely predatory with the pricing. But again, there's no scam here. You bought one thing and the store just automatically queued up the next offer for you. 

Y'all are sending support tickets for literally no reason. You just don't understand how the store works.

Honestly, it looked like a completely new bundle at first. When I saw the same $39.99 price and Relic 8 characters, my first thought was that the original bundle had been replaced just a few hours after I bought it.

I understand your explanation now, but I still think it’s confusingly presented. Paying another $40 just to go from Relic 7 to Relic 8 on the same characters is a lot more expensive than I expected, so it wasn’t obvious that this was intended as a separate follow-up bundle.

Just imagine your blood pressure spike if Bundle 2 was actually priced lower than Bundle 1. You would have thought that not only is CG selling the same characters at higher relic level, but now this bundle is cheaper than the one you bought. 

CG might have saved you a heart attack with the ridiculous pricing. lol

This is pretty logical and thank you for the information on here. In that case I'd like to hop on the ticket submissions to change the wording on the bundle II description where it says this bundle only appears if you have The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) at 7 stars I believe

As there are also similar bundles where even if the units from Bundle I were unactivated/or at least Relic 0 the II upgraded bundle pack is still available. I'd like to think even at early relic levels the II would have been available. Potentially there may have been an unlock gate pre R7 that just happened to unlock after buying the I bundle

I guess it's just the expectation of the BKM II bundle coming in and getting the first one only to have the second one come up again at the same price just shook a lot of heads
