I feel like the algorithm over-weights winning a match, or a winning streak. The reward for good strategy and strong participation is a matchup that is completely un winnable. Of course sometimes we draw the opposite- we meet someone who has been playing well and they can’t scratch a dent in us. Less than 25% of our matchups are seems innable for either side.
