So you want the difficulty to remain the same but increase the difficulty for the non favoured capital ship or decrease the difficulty for the favoured capital ship.
I don't see how that's possible, you are creating a stink about a problem that isnt there and giving the developers an impossible task.
They set the challenge of win using 5 first order ships. I and many others completed this using the first order capital ship, others completed it using a non first order capital ship while still using 5 first order ships, either way the challenge was completed.
