They've been upping the difficulty on GCs for awhile now. I believe it started when they put gl Luke in one. One of the last couple, with bounty hunters, there was no tier of mixed g12 and relic, it went immediately to full relic. The usual cg fanboys in the forum have been denying it, but it's another instance of cg upping the difficulty without telling anyone. At least they told us with the fleets thing now.
