There is nothing about arena that is the same. If you run the exact same squad as someone else with the exact same mods and the exact same gear you will not always have the same result. That is why we have percentages for potency, tenacity, crit chance etc.
And both toons will have the same exact percentages for everything so their chances are the same and we're back to where we started no

Mods exactly the same? Never seen that before. Also i wonder if you have ever seen a lvl 85 with the exact same galactic power as yi u have?
you have not read the rest of the earlier post because mods are the only thing that differs between characters after a point not disputinh that, the problem comes in when your drops for mods are better than the next person's no matter how hard that person tries they have no control over that unless they spend buying crystals to purchase mods at least if they can gain more power do I change the levels it would give them some Edge as to their character improving
