Leviathan unlock
Started Levi event today, managed to use 19k crystals to get it to 50/100 but now I can’t 7* it as no shards are showing in store. Seems like I’ve wasted all my crystals for something that’s impossible to 7* due to some kind of bug.

There a lot of us who are missing the pack. Myself included.
Any update on how you plan on solving this. People spent almost 20,000 crystals to unlock Leviathan on the same day. And then it turns out they can't because you forgot to put the Levi pack in the store.
I expect I'll be able to buy the missing 50 shards ASAP, not in 30 days. Please do something about this.
