Light side currency bundle in store, where’s Dark side equivalent?

There is, but it seems to keep disappearing. It's definitely odd, but after completing a DS GL mission it tends to appear as a pop up.

That makes sense, wonder why they didn’t think of that with the offerings in “Shipments”.
You can buy those be capped at the 144 (although your purchasing more) and lose value.
