Light speed tokens on unactivated characters
I have Hondo unactivated, with 200 shards. If I use a light speed token on him, will I still have my 200 shards and just have Hondo 4*?

That's a good question. If they took the shards off of you, what would you gain? Not much. So, my hunch is that you'd keep the shards, but it's just a hunch. However, if you used an LST on a 3 star character you wouldn't gain anything back from it hmmmm.
