Lightspeed Bundle question

Do you have to unlock BAM before being able to see the Razor crest bundle in the shop? is the Razor crest bundle out in the shop right now as well as the Din Jarin,but you have to unlock BAM before being able to see it or is just the Din bundle out right now and the Razor crest bundle is coming out in a later date?
