Lightspeed gift error help?

Well. I have the same problem. Sy got a free gift upgrade token, and he gifted to me. But the problem is, I cannot able to realize it, because it give me this idiot error. The real problem to me is this massage is in my inbox, and of course it is always in the first position, because it cannot be delete. I hoped it will dissapear after a week, but no. So this is a real problem now.
