Yeah it would be soo much better. Your rewards are a little lax though. They should have a point system like tournaments where the more toons you have standing the better. At 1st it can be a global server but then the teams that go 35-0 over the course of the week should go to a champions server that has better rewards.
Then each week the teams that go 35-0 rotate in for the teams with the lowest winning percentage that week.
