Locked Out of Account

Question

9-year, 13M GP player here with thousands spent on the game over the years. I switched accounts from my main to my alt to collect the make-good reward from CG, and somehow linked my alt account to the email for my main. Now I can't get back into my main, and EA support has no idea how to fix it.

Has anyone else had luck getting EA to fix this issue?

Could someone from CG reach out to me to assist?

I'm on the verge of quitting the game forever if I can't get this resolved. Help!

Do you have played your account on any other device (phone, tablet ?) I did the same but having played it on an old phone, I could linked it to an other email. On iphone you can also try to disconnect Game center and see what it does. I never tried to use the assist so have no experience

Good thought, I checked my tablet and old work phone but neither had the account.
