Log out of game//New account?
I have an iPhone 6 with the most recent iOS. I want to start a new account to be more competitive, but even when I delete the app and redownload it, it automatically starts back from my current accoun...

First, go to settings. Search for Game center.
If you're logged in with an Apple ID, means your current game is linked with this Apple ID. Just log out and enter the game, should prompt you to create a new game which will be a Guest Account.
If you are not logged in with an Apple ID, means your current game is a Guest Account. You can log in with an Apple ID and create a new account.
