Logic behind the bounty hunter special mission

Can we talk a little about the bounty hunter's "special mission". How do you think the conversation on that one went between the Imperial officers responsible for it?

Officer #1: I just got word from the higher ups. We have a really important mission that requires some extremely talented fighters.
Officer #2: Hmm...oh, I know, we could hire some bounty hunters!
Officer #1: Brilliant! Okay so the mission is on Hoth.
Officer #2: Shouldn't be any issues getting them there.
Officer #1: And there are 5 targets.
Officer #2: Also, no reason for concern. So who are we going after? Rebel scum? Jedi in hiding?
Officer #1: It's a family of wampas.
Officer #2: Oh yeah, that shouldn't be a probl..wait what?
Officer #1: Yeah, I don't know either... but orders are orders. The boss isn't too happy with them. Apparently he wanted them to capture his son, not try to eat him.
Officer #2: That's messed up. I won't lie, sometimes I reconsider this whole military career thing...
  • maybe it's an entirely unrelated family of wampas.... and the reason for the mission is just for some big game hunter type of trophies? seems just as likely. Veers wants some of that wampa bling
  • Lol for real!
Also, why are we attacking a dark side (this designation seems rather arbitrary, but let’s roll with it) character in a DS TB?
  • It's totally arbitrary.
Do you remember that we use resistance and ewoks to fight separatists assault battle!!??
    Similar non-sense.
