Logray

Is his RNG broke? I have literally seen him once in the guild store since you guys did the rework on the shop. Am I the only one seeing this? Logray and Paploo were almost neck and neck in the shard farm for me. Now, Paploo is 7 star and I'm still sitting at 65/85 on Logray.
