Looking for a list of characters that are in the game, but not playable characters

Maybe a bit more specific? I have been all over that website. Amazing place, with a ton of information, but I am not seeing these characters on there. Even their sections on the missions the characters show up on just show the rewards and not the enemies that you fight.
