Lord Vader Lightspeed

I looked at the EA Star Wars galaxy of hero’s Webstore and the bundle I’ve been waiting for was there so I bought it for like 53 dollars and it loaded that I bought it and told me in game but gave me none of the rewards and only some crystals saying sorry, I want what I bought not crystals that’s a lot of money. Can someone please help me get this fixed?
