Lost account

I really need to speak to an actual person from EA, , the chat bots are a nightmare, I had mistakenly unlinked my main account, and now I cannot find it at all ....I have my ally code and I think I have my player ID, I have been playing for 2 years kind of depressing, can someone help me or direct me on how try to recover my account
