Im sooooooooo mad! After reclaiming Malak shards ended up losing money.... I've dumped a few grand into this game ... And after the Malak event waited and nothing ..... So I dumped about 50 into him ....

You can request a refund I think, if you spent money on him while you had him "temporarily upgraded".
