LS vs DS unlocks 5 - 2

Honestly CG, is this even remotely balanced to you? LS unlocks 5... Yoda, EP, THRAWN, CLS, Rey... DS gets only 2. R2D2 and BB8. The legendary characters are 5 LS vs 2 DS as well. This is laughably imbalanced and quite frankly monumentally frustrating to the Star Wars fans that have been around since the original trilogy to see this incredibly lopsided game development. Any new DS stuff is being a $ wall as it is, why do you refuse to balance legendary releases?
