LSB gave me incorrect contents

I purchased the Shadows of the Empire LSB and I received the Supreme Leader LSB instead, almost all of the contents of which I already had at or above the levels in the bundle. 

So I essentially paid $9.99 to marginally upgrade 3 characters I had no intention of further upgrading, and didn’t receive any of the characters I selected the bundle for.

  • I have done that but I haven’t heard a word from them in nearly 48 hours. 
    I’d like to get this resolved asap, I’m not exactly happy that they’re not even acknowledging that they’re working on it. 

  • Still waiting for a reply from them, coming up on 96 hours since they last said anything in the in-game support chat

    Is contacting my CC company the next step at this point? I’m sure they’re dealing with a lot of unhappy players but not even responding to my questions is unacceptable 

  • This error occurred a week ago and at this point it’s been almost as long since they’ve provided any sort of communication with me about the issue. 

    I certainly hope they don’t consider the matter closed, as they have my money and I don’t have what I paid for, or even anything remotely similar in value.

    I’m reluctant to ask for a refund because I’d rather have the content I bought. But if I need to go that route I will, by contacting my CC company instead of EA

    Hi @IanRogue

    I'm sorry to hear there hasn't yet been a response from the support team. A few other threads here have reported something similar, that it's been really slow hearing back from the support team. Email can sometimes take longer as more people opt for it but for SWGOH cases, the first case needs to be an email sent in from in0game to send through details the support team needs to help from there with SWGOH cases. As you've already sent in the initial case through in-game, let's try another approach:

    The support agent can use those details to pull up your account and get up to speed on things from there.
