In scenarios like this - its always the modding that's the issue
I remod all 5 members of my Luminara team - (in fact all members of every team except the Gungans).
Unless you have god level mods on all you characters - you will need to borrow some good ones to get the best from characters that are nominally useless in every other game mode
With the right mods (and knowing the tactics) - the Luminara team is one of the most reliable and unaffected by rng.
Use Luminara/Kit Fisto/QGJ/GMY/Plo.
Most important part have them all at a similar speed - with Kit fastest and ideally 1 speed slower than the b1 commander at your relic level
Then keep Heal Over Time and Potency Up and the b1s kill themselves
I run them faster than the b1 commander and I just don't throw Potency UP on them until turn 2.
