Lvl6 Tank DC broken?

The lvl6 tank ability on the new DC set seems broken. It says the tank regains protection after losing it the first time. But it’s happening every time.

    happened to me as well. its 1000% broken. leia regened her shield like 5 times before it didn't do it again
