They won't. We know from previous experience that they will not refund any GL requirement below the required level.

I believe you. Could go either way. Wouldn't surprise me that they don't care that last summer they said they couldn't refund a character to below the req for GL.

Well, you know the first thing that is going to happen is Lucifer is going to get blasted with cheating accusations because people see players with JMK but don’t have Mace at the proper level.

I know they can’t get into the event without the proper requirements, but that in no way means people won’t accuse them anyway.

That's also not going to stop CG from doing what CG does. The restriction to GL requirement refunds is reasonable.

Really, in this situation there are two options:
1. Crumb misspoke
2. CG is actually going to return every Mace in the game to gear 1.

It's entirely 50/50 as to which one is true, because CG.
