I don't agree with the counter chance and damage. That's IGD's thing. Everything else is fine though. I do agree that he needs a huge buff. Kylo was sh!t before now he's a beast. I feel if enough people let the devs know he sucks then he'll get a well deserved rework. Maybe one that will compliment his character. Maybe like an aggressive offensive tank?
