His 1st attack should be "Deals 100% more damage if the target has above 50% hp. Heals 50% of damage done if Mace has under 50% hp"
This way Mace will do a bit more damage at targets that are above 50% health without mattering his HP. If mace drops under 50% hp, he can still attack a target with above 50% hp for the extra damage and get a bigger extra heal too.
The way he is now, the extra heal when he is under 50% is just useless, because his damage drops. Thats why the damage must be depending on enemy life rather than his.
