Actually I have 7* max stat windu, and he does indeed still suck pretty bad. Don't get me wrong, the last revamp of his skills was half good, his primary attack is good now and I'm happy, however his unique is terrible and almost as useless as his last unique. They should change this out and add a flat passive bonus against sith or some counter attacking ability to bring him more in line with what his capabilities as a slow tank should be.
