Mace Windu is listed as a tank, tanks are usually slow - soi its fine, but he definitely needs any other kind of buff (like many other chars).
The only good slow tanks are the ones that have utility to them, even then they are easy to ignore because they are so slow. The best tank (Poe) has 142 speed. The top tanks either have higher speed or good utility, Poe 142 (Speed+Utility), Ben 112 (Utility), Royal Guard 110 (Utility), Fives 115 (Utility), Han 121 (Speed+Utility).
Right now Mace Windu doesn't have either. Tank or not, his only real purpose is to do single target damage. In order for him to be usable in end game squad arena he needs more speed and more damage. Either way speed is the most needed stat boost.
