Magma trooper broken

Question

Magma trooper does not always deal damage a second time to a random enemy.

I have seen now him shoot one enemy without a second set of damage come up.
And yes i have seen the second set of damage occasionally come up on the same target

I've seen this happen in videos, which I found weird. I supposed that they didn't have his basic Omega'd. If yours is, and still fails, then post in the Bugs section and tag the devs in it.

Oops sorry didn't ready correctly, its 100% not 65%, i thought it was 65% because sometime it dosent deal damage a second time for me too.

I have only ever seen it not deal damage twice when it kills the primary target and had selected the primary as the secondary target as well
