Magma trooper broken

Magma trooper does not always deal damage a second time to a random enemy. I have seen now him shoot one enemy without a second set of damage come up. And yes i have seen the second set of damage...

Oops sorry didn't ready correctly, its 100% not 65%, i thought it was 65% because sometime it dosent deal damage a second time for me too.
