Ah the Dev forum post is wrong in that case, it should have said 1:15pm PDT, not PST. The in-game notification correctly states PDT and the time in UTC for that matter.

Didn't the clock change? Maybe they didn't factor that it

You’re correct Crumb posted PST and in game is PDT.

US hasn't switched from daylight time back to standard time yet. We switch back on November 4th, the Dev post has a typo in it.

So didn't manage to log in prior to maintenance, and it's during free energy. Do they extend the expiration time on that stuff if servers are down (and maintenance running long)?

It's been more than 'roughly 30 minutes'. I give it another 5 minutes before people demand answers....
