Make Old Player Portraits Farmable/Purchasable

Anyone else wish that CG would allow us to either purchase or earn some of the old player portraits that were given from GAC feats?

I know some come back around in rotation through conquest with the $10 pass, but with my account I'm unable to even get close to the amount of tickets that requires.
