My opinion is that they are really boring and dont really work on skill or roster, but just how many AP you have. They are trying to fix this it seems.
The other issue is a player should be able to do pretty well in 2 tournaments and have a 7* but if you get 25-100 in 1 tournament to get 7* after the next tournament you still need to get 1st. That is just silly.
