FYI, there is an entire subforum devoted to Feedback. There are multiple threads about tournaments there.
For now, your best bet is just to do a couple free matches and get free rewards. Keep advocating for change, but come up with a constructive alternative and get people to support you. Fwiw, I don't think advocating that they have no more tournaments will go anywhere, but you never know.
