Wait a couple hours. The people who are 42k-56k will spend more tokens and gain more points and spread upwards. Meanwhile the people who are 30k-40k will spend tokens, gain points, and spread to your level. Then you can spend tokens, beat them up, take their points, and improve your own standing.
