I find it amusing (sad?) that in the updates they say things like "we've listened to your feedback and....". When it comes to tournaments they clearly have chisen to ignore a majority of player feedback.
While I have actually seen a random post or two in supprt of this boring time-sink model of a "tournament", as clear and heavy majority of players despise them.
The only reason most even participate is that EA/CG releases the most OP toons in tournaments now. That is, apparently, the new business model - make people play content they can't stand or they fall behind. That's not "listening to player feedback" and is lame.
