How's This,

The tenacity up at the beginning of the encounter solves things for Poe and Finn without using speed, but leaves Rey and the others vulnerable. Perhaps Rey could gain the following buff

"Rey gains 30% damage reflection for each living resistance Ally"

This would encourage opponents to target Rey last
