Malak Event - 1 time or reccuring?
Can we get some dev confirmation as to if this event is coming back or just a one time event? (if you miss this, then you have to farm him 100% from the guild event store at a later date)

You should note they are labeling this an "Achievement" The days of Spring Achievement NEVER came back.... NEVER.. Not saying there won't be a way to release Malak in the future. And this event may very well return. Things may be the same. But to bank on it? That seems folly. We are in uncharted territory. 2 day event with 2 day notice. With no plans to revisit KOTOR soon. You do the math. You do the guess work. I'll do mine. But seeing as I have all needed characters to G12 and most have a Zeta, can you believe me when I say I was expecting something like this to unlock Malak? https://swgoh.gg/p/671797632/characters/ And if you can beleive that, believe me when I say, I don't think you will see this event for a long time after.
