Malak Rec bug, where is the 500 crystals I was told to claim?

I saw the message in-game, I saw the post in dev updates, and clicked claim, even though the reconciliation I dont believe is not, as I didnt agree to it but the only thing to press was Claim. But my Crystal's are the same as before. No Crystal's were added.
