Malak To Journey Guide?

If I’m not mistaken, Malak’s event came out last year in April, so with this coming April marking a year since its release, will we be seeing Malak join the journey guide?

Everything $$CG$$ does is 3 months late so Malak will probably be available in July. GAS in January 2021.

One year have passed and the event is still unavailable in the Journey guide
