Malgus shards

Currently I have 317 Malgus shards. It's the first time I'll get a unit from the store. Does anyone know when he'll be available at the Conquest store? Thanks in advance!! ;)

He should be in all of the scavenger nodes. Boba was still in all of them this past conquest
