I have 35/35 allies but i can only manage 2. (Who are visible) It seems i have a lot of allies with crap powers and low level (power around 1500) so it doesnt help me when i do a mission. How can ...

Open the Allies window, find the button Request Status. Press "select all" and remove.
Now you're able to invite new allies again! :)
