His face being registered in the system now will probably have consequences in the future.
This was my thought, it was that you had to "Sign here" for machine use, like signing for a prescription, or checking out a book from the library, etc etc.
They want a name/face for record keeping, but, it was the Office Key/Rod thing that got them in the system.
Should be interesting to see what comes of it.
