One thing just hit me: the last episode really tried to drive home the point that Mando is totally lost without his armor. First the fight where he gets hurt by thugs with sticks, then his confidence totally gone when the officer confronts him. That looks like it will play a role in the finale. Now, what could force him to take it off? The Duchess. And it's not unconcievable that Gideon would have it on his ship, considering that he has history with Mandalore...
