I'd stop spending money on the game at all until they fix this. If there was a way to get a refund from google/apple I'd get that done, though buying from the webstore might make that impossible.
Good luck, hope it works out for you. CG's got accountants in charge at this point, the gamers are just told to shut up and go make new stuff to release. Quality assurance in this game is for crap.
